Hakim On The Right Track To Recovery


Hakim Hassan, the Selangor winger almost returned to full training with the team after undergoing a recovery from knee ligament injury, Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL).

According to Helber Richard, the team physiotherapist, Hakim Hassan's recovery process is good and he has undergone isokinetic and hop tests recently.

"On August 21st, Hakim completed his recovery process after 6 months and soon, a medical and physiotherapy evaluation such as isokinetic test and hop test will be conducted before allowing him to practice on the field," said Helber.

Helber added, Hakim is expected to undergo a 9 months recovery process and will most likely start fully participating in team activities for the 2021 pre-season.

The Terengganu-born player expressed his happiness over his condition which is recovering from ACL injury and wants to do a comeback next season.

"I have started running on the field and kicking the ball again after a few months of not doing it. Next year I want to do a comeback and will do my best for Selangor," Hakim expressed his hope.??

“Special thanks to FA Selangor, especially for the physio and team doctor for taking care of me during this difficult times. I will continue to cooperate and give my best to show my appreciation,” he added.

FA Selangor pray that Hakim Hassan can continue to go through the recovery process well and be able to play with the team next season.
